The power of “a really rich client file”: Halton’s Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) delivers more and better mental health care with CaseWORKS

In 2012, ROCK made the decision to look for a new information system to support their many programs, clients, and locations.  Their Senior Manager of Informatics and Technology, Merideth van Oene, says that the system they chose, CaseWORKS, gives them “the capacity for centralized scheduling, which decreases the administrative time required of our clinicians.
